An ND-GAIN international report on climate change adaptation has this to say for the Philippines when it comes to its chances of surviving climate change:
"The low vulnerability score and low readiness score of Philippines places it in the lower-left quadrant of the ND-GAIN Matrix. Relative to other countries, its current vulnerabilities are manageable but improvements in readiness will help it better adapt to future challenges. Philippines is the 85th most vulnerable country and the 70th least ready country."
